The garden is awakening

Yesterday I did a short round through my garden and I found a few unmistakeable signs of spring.

 

The most obvious messenger of spring are of course snowdrops – my favourites this time of the year.

But even the rhubarb ventures out:

I got some plants of white strawberries from my neighbour last year – I am really excited about it:

And last but not least, of course the garlic: Messidrome shows itself, whilst Casablanca is still hiding – no signs of it in the left raised bed:

Awesome, I so love this season, which promises so much and the best with it is: the whole wonderful spring and summer still lay ahead!
