Only two ingredients are enough to make the simplest and quickest Nutellacake.
What you need:
300 gr. Nutella
5 egg whites from 5 large eggs.
How it works:
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Beat the egg whites,
then warm the Nutella in a large glas bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften the Nutella. Afterwards fold about 1/3 of the egg whites carefully in the Nutella,
then the two other thirds one after another. Put baking paper in a springform pan (20 cm diameter) and fill the mass in carefully.
One does not have to be very precise with the baking paper as the the cake will have a lot of wrinkles in the end anyways. Put the cake for 25 minutes in the oven.

Don’t be shocked, it collapses completely. But that makes it soft and very moist.
Let it cool thoroughly (important!) and remove the baking paper slowly.
Serve with whipped cream or a fruit puree.
This cake is not the best looking one, but it is quickly done. Because of the few ingredients it is very simple and it really tastes awesome. Emil calls it “the best chocolate cake in the world” and even Nova eats with big pleasure. And that means something.
